Our product finder frontend has been going for a while now. In that time we have collected a lot of usage data with which to do some improvements. Namely, adjusting the navigation and changing the interaction for soliciting email addresses on the advice page.
Forwarding events from your product finder to Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics is now even easier.
Showing an arrow icon in the CTA buttons of advised products results in a higher click-through rate. Therefore, this has now been implemented in all Aiden product finders .
If an automatic drilldown question is associated with a numeric product field, it is now calculated correctly on the advice page.
Conversation analytics got some love. We now show the question label for each question. Also, answer and drop-off data are now broken down if the same question occurred in multiple places in your conversation. Has a label since changed, or has the question been removed? Then you will see the label the question had at that time.
